Testimony of Theunisen camp
Revive Our Hearts hosted a blessed women’s camp for the Dutch Reformed Theunissen-West church from 19-21 February 2016. The venue was Amanzi Game Lodge, Brandfort, and the theme “In His Image”.
The teachings on women in His image were presented by Marinda Prinsloo and Marisa Badenhorst, and motivated the ladies to discover and cherish anew their womanhood according to God’s original plan. Gerdie de Villiers and Gerda Mare led the ladies in worship. The ending on Saturday evening was the crowning glory with Holy Communion and a ministry moment at the large crosses on the hill. On Sunday morning the women signed the True Woman Manifesto to pledge themselves to take up the banner of true womanhood according to God’s plan.
It was indeed a blessed weekend where women with receptive hearts gathered together in perfect unison and love. Praise His Name!
Revive Our Hearts and Women@Work took hands online
We at Women@Work (W@W) are very blessed and grateful to take the hands of Revive Our Hearts in SA. We have embarked on an amazing journey of self-discovery based on the profound and extremely insightful True Woman 101 Bible study. We utilize technology to meet and see each other every second week, where we discuss what true womanhood from God’s perspective means, and how it relates to our vocation and workplace.
Who said God won’t use the Internet to bless His name? We love “doing life together” in a digital world. We connect via our laptops or phones, from anywhere, and pray, chat, drink coffee and study God’s word! It’s like watching a YouTube video with your best girlfriends being your co-stars.
